Monadnock Non-Wovens strives to provide a safe environment for all employees and visitors. Our Safety Committee works tirelessly to minimize workplace accidents and injuries and maximize employee well-being.
We understand that a well-managed workplace safety program benefits our organization by maintaining employee health, reducing lost-time accidents, and increasing efficiency. In order for Monadnock Non-Wovens to achieve our goals, we have developed numerous safety policies and procedures regarding employee and visitor health and safety.
All employees are required to undergo periodic safety training, are required to follow and enforce safety procedures, and are encouraged to be active participants in improving workplace safety.
We understand that our success depends on the active involvement of each employee and continuous improvement of safety policies and procedures.
We design and make our own fiber production equipment and manufacturing lines. The manufacturing plant presently has seven melt blown nonwoven lines that can produce lofted nonwovens and roll goods up to 70 inches wide.
